Do I need to book a table?
Walks-in are welcome, however we do suggest you book a table to avoid disappointment or have to wait when you arrive.
All bookings will be 90 minutes only as standard. If you wish to extend this, please email us at email@example.com or speak to a member of the team when you arrive and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a table outside?
When booking your table, please specify in the comments box and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children are most welcome, we just ask that they are supervised by an adult at all times.
Are you dog friendly?
We are proud to be dog friendly. Please keep your dog on a lead when you visit.
How can I cancel or amend a booking?
Please give us a call or email us at least 24 hours before your booking should you wish to cancel or amend the number of guests within your party (please note - increases in party sizes are subject to availability).
You are now required to leave credit or debit card details for all bookings over 10 people (please note - Monzo cards are not accepted). We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify us of any significant changes to the party size or a ‘no show’ will result in a £10 per head charge.
We hold tables for 15 minutes, so please let us know if you are running late. If you fail to do so, your space may be opened up to walk in guests on a first come first serve basis.
You will receive an email 24 hours prior to your booking asking you to confirm or cancel. We politely ask for your co-operation in this process to allow us to re-allocate your table to guests on our waiting list if you no longer require the booking.
