Using free-range British birds, brined for four hours and roasted low and slow until juicy and golden — alongside bold vegetarian dishes cooked with the same care, from whole rotisserie cauliflower to standout seasonal sides. Everything else flows from the rotisserie: chicken fat potatoes, rich jus, vibrant glazes and generous plates made to soak it all up.
