Shipping Rates

Orders under £30 = £7.99 shipping

Orders between £30 & £50 = £4.99 shipping

Orders over £50 = Free shipping

Orders

If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason, we will email you with your options. If we haven’t received a response by 8am the following day, we will ship your order and refund the difference.

All orders are shipped the following working day after processing. Depending on the time the order was placed, it may be processed the next working day. Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

Pre-Sale Items

Any orders containing pre-sale items will be shipped from the designated date on the product page.

If your order contains additional items, everything will be shipped together in one package. We do not split shipments automatically.

Additional shipping requests will be charged at £7.99. We will try to accommodate special shipping requests—please email oc.werbhcruhcyenkcahobfsctd-7f22cb@pohsbew with your order number.

Failed Deliveries

We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information. If the courier considers the address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to us or our fulfilment partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs after we confirm your updated address.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else, the recipient must also be 18 or older. Deliveries must be accepted by someone aged 18 or over. Couriers may request ID. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery if the age or identity of the recipient is in doubt.

International Orders & Customs

VAT is payable on all orders made in the UK, regardless of destination country. We keep international surcharges to a minimum, but you may be subject to additional local customs fees or import taxes.

It is your responsibility to clear any customs charges. If you refuse a delivery due to fees, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and other related costs from your refund after the order is returned to us.
